About us
Vito Restaurant
On November 1st, 1980, the Somma family opened Vito Restaurant in Santa Monica, California. At first, Vito was managing the kitchen, Giovanna the door, and Roberto the bar.
Since October 11, 2023, Vito has been under the care of the Reed and Ahaus families, Vito continues its beloved tradition while raising the bar with elevated cuisine, refined wines, and expertly crafted cocktails. Come experience the next chapter of a Santa Monica classic.

Such a amazing Italian resturant in the heart of Santa Monica. This place is delicious and had great service. All the pasta we had tasted fresh and we loved the table side salad option! We also finish the night off with a carrot cake dessert.
